1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange, subject to eligibility conditions below.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals and protective films.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Items marked as "Sale" or purchased with promotional discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit unless proven defective.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email contact@biotictouch.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your card issuer).
6. Exchanges
Want a different model or variation? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the warranty period, email us with clear photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
No refund after 7 business days? Check your bank or PayPal account, then contact us. We’ll resolve it promptly.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are non-returnable unless defective.
