Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are checked, approved and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Once collected by our carrier, parcels are delivered worldwide in 5–9 working days*.
*Delivery times exclude customs clearance. Very remote areas or peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) may require a few extra days.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Tracked Standard Shipping — FREE
- Priority & Insured Shipping — optional upgrade with queue-jump handling and extended loss/damage cover
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed automatically once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties or local taxes—if any—are the customer’s responsibility. We always declare fair values and work with trusted carriers to minimise fees.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. Parcels already in transit cannot be rerouted. Returns caused by an incorrect address can be re-shipped once a new postage fee is paid.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
A parcel is considered lost after 20 business days without movement on the tracking. In such cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
