Terms of Service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply without restriction to all purchases made on biotictouch.com (the “Site”) between:

• The Seller: RN PRODUCTION LLC, operator of the Site;
• The Customer: any natural person aged 18+ or legal entity placing an order, regardless of nationality or place of residence.

Confirming an order constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

Essential characteristics (photos, descriptions, tax-inclusive prices) appear on each product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but non-contractual; minor colour or brightness variations may occur depending on lighting or display settings.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site (default: GBP). They include any applicable VAT / sales tax at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

4.1 Process: product selection → cart → shipping details → shipping method → payment → e-mail confirmation.

4.2 Validation: submitting the order forms an electronic signature and valid contract.

4.3 Refusal: the Seller may refuse or cancel any order deemed fraudulent, abusive or abnormal.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted by major credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and secure wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed via encrypted gateways; payment data never passes through the Seller’s servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch: 24–48 h after order confirmation (working days).
• Indicative transit times: Once collected by our carrier, parcels are delivered worldwide in 5–9 working days*.
  *Delivery times exclude customs clearance. Very remote areas or peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) may require a few extra days.
• Methods:
  1. Tracked Standard Shipping — free
  2. Priority & Insured Shipping — optional surcharge, faster handling + loss / damage cover

Delays may occur during peak periods, customs inspection or force-majeure events.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to conditions (e.g. manufacturing defect, damaged on arrival, incorrect product shipped). Returns for “change of mind” or “not as expected” without a valid defect claim are not accepted.

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty and the Seller confirms free return in writing.
• Our fulfilment centre is located in the United States; international returns can be costly and take longer to process.
• Discounted or promotional items: all sales are final and non-refundable. No return, exchange or credit will be issued for these products.

Contact contact@biotictouch.com to obtain a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

8. Warranty

All self-massage tools are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country. To open a claim, e-mail our support team with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

9. Instant Replacement Warranty (36 months)

We offer an instant replacement of your product for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects or abnormal malfunctions identified under normal use conditions.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
3. Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided for any replacement request.
4. Excluded from coverage: damages caused by misuse, drops, impacts, contact with water, or any use not in accordance with the user manual.
5. Only one replacement request is allowed per order.
6. The replacement is limited to an identical or equivalent product (depending on stock availability).
7. In the event of prolonged stock unavailability, an equivalent store credit may be offered instead of a replacement.

10. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for non-performance due to force majeure, carrier strikes, customs delays or other events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is collected to process orders and provide customer service, in accordance with the EU GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA (where applicable) and other relevant privacy laws. You may access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting contact@biotictouch.com.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, visuals, logo, layout) is protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Customer’s country of residence remain applicable. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Delaware courts shall have jurisdiction.
